Army chief general V K SINGH on Wednesday said the INDIAN ARMED FORCES were capable of carrying out surgical operations against terrorists similar to the one conducted by the US in PAKISTAN to kill AL-QAEDA chief OSAMA BIN LADEN. All three wings(army, navy and air force) are capable of carrying out such operations, when needed. But we need permission from the top for this.
Personally I do not think (may be many are agree with me )he said anything wrong but the problem is that government is not ready to understand this other wise why it is not giving permission for the operation as OBAMA did. What’s the thing stopping government to do same. Again and again question came in my mind. Why our government is so liberal ?why it behaves “OH HUMAN BEINGS ARE HUMANS AND WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT TO PUNISH THEM OR KILL THEM WHETHER THEY ARE TERRORISTS .WE WILL BEHAVE SAME WITH THEM AS WE DO WITH NORMAL HUMANS OH OH WE WILL GIVE THEM SPECIAL FACILITIES BECAUSE THEY ARE SPECIAL PERSON AS THEY ARE INTELLECTUAL HUMAN BEING LIKE WE ARE DOING WITH KASAB ”.
Well we should not forget too that we are even not able to take proper actions against those terrorists whom we have in india like KASAB and AFJAL GURU. And what we are demanding for (or I should say begging for) “please AMERICA give us ANDERSON we want to punish him.” OH please PAKISTAN will you do us a favor ?will you please hand over HAFIZ SAYYED or DAUD ABRAHIM to us actually baat itna hai ki hum kuch actions lena chahte hai unke against because Indian people are blaming on government again and again.if we will do a little bit too then we will do them in our favor and will make our vote bank.(well a jokes a part )
We all Indian are curiously waiting for the action when things will be same in india and we will do same with our perpetrators??Why should not we think that US is strong after such actions? I think it is not bound with any country to do this and that.
You are right.But we are capable to do such actions, what it means? America giving billion dollars for Pakistan and made them their slave.

But if India take such actions against Pak, they will defend.So it will lead to a war.It will make our economy down.
About KASAB and AFSAL GURU what you said is absolute truth.Why Govt. afraid to finish them?

ReplyDelete1. Killing Kasab & Afzal is one thing & barging into a neigbouring nation...whose stability is prime to ur growth...is a different story altogether. If we attack Daud, Saeed & others in Pakistan..American style...the first thing we do is to destabilize their limping democracy...& imagine a nuclear powered neigbour in the hands of militant islamists?
2. Geographically, Pakistan can never hurl its nuclear arsenal on USA & economically it is begging America for existence, so you see the timid response from Pakistan. Incase of India, the mentality is different, they don't depend on Indian rupees & we are very much in their missile range. One wrong move & the disastrous bloodshed of partition won't be a far future.
3. Militarily, Pakistan has allowed USA to use its land for anti-terrorism activities. Do U think, however our army boasts, we can barge deep in Pakistan with fighter jets without any base to ground your military army, refuel ur jets, fight back Pakistan & return? If we attack, it won't be a stealth mission like America, what we can do is bomb the entire area & come back or better do it mumbai style....Do you favour this mindless killing...considering India's democratic image at stake. Besides this would not only provoke Pakistan but also China & we cannot fight two battles at two corners & win both.
Mamta I respect your feelings but the only way forward is to democratize Pakistan more, bring back the moderates, solve kashmir....But yes you should definitely hang Kasab & afzal Guru without any ado.

@basu Strong points you have in your favor why not to do same as America did.okay but do not you think government need to be strict with Pakistan over daud and sayeed ??we all know they are in Pakistan then why not actions against them ?sure ….in fact I accept that we are not America and I am also not comparing our country with America I just said about actions like America (strict actions)
ReplyDeletehm true but we should not deny the fact that our so called democratic government is never take proper actions whether it is about foreign policy or it is about national policy. so you think that it will spoil our reputation right ?people wait for justice till their deaths and some die with out justice .do you think this thing make our reputation ?we are not ready to take anything seriously, other wise things are not too hard as our government always make them.
YOU KNOW what’s the main problem ?PROBLEM is that government do not lose their relatives and their near and dear ones in those attacks that’s why they are not able to understand the pain of those soldiers who always sacrifice their lives only for us,those people who lost their their sons, brothers and their husbands.MAY BE THAT’S ALSO A BIG REASON GOVERNMENT IS NOT READY TO HANG AFJAL AND KASAB,.IN PARLIMANET ATTACK WE DID NOT LOSE ANY MINISTER OR LEADER OTHER WISE THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND WHAT’S BEING IN A POSSESSION OF ACTION.
About Kashmir well it is very very sensitive issue where boths countries do not want to talk about this thing when ever they want to make their relation better, but I think both countries need to break the silence if we want a solution.
