Education and reality behind greatness

Life seems hard and too much practical when we have been encountered with the hardships daily.
I have been worked with the tribal people, still working on the project. Thanks to my profession that gives me chance to know the real world which seems too much biased and partial towards the people who do not have money.
I found innocent children who are losing their dreams under the burden of every day’s life.  When I met with some brilliant children I decided that I will do work for them and will admit them in school. I worked with the children almost five months and during this time I came to know about them deeply. I found how much dreams they have in their eyes. Their parents’ wants a lot of things happen for their children many things, a lot of dreams that never became a reality for them. They also want to serve the nation which gave them nothing except exploitation and played with their innocence. A country where greatness found only in the dreams of it is future and a illusion of present, a lost thing of the past.
One day the child was crying when he came to me for the class. I asked him the reason and his friend told me “ ye kaam hi aise karta hai Di”.
I asked him,” What he did “?
The Gopal replied “Di isne roti churaya iski maa ne use iske choti behan ke liye rakha tha. Isne apne hisse kaa kha liya tha”.
I can not explain how it feels when a little child asks you why he has been beaten with out any reason.
In a world where a person spent 20000 rupee for a good dinner/lunch a little child have been beaten for a loaf of bread because he was feeling hungry and ate that bread with out asking his mother. Can we imagine the household condition?  One side we are in forbs list and other side we want to run away when some one describe the story about these incidents to say poor people have been used for demo in the country. They are not demo neither a showcase of course but a cruel reality that is still miles step from civilization and development of 21st century.
Any ways let it go. Not a new thing, neither for me nor for those children.
Let us come forward what has happened to the child when we went in the school for the admission.

We went in the school and found a stout lady who was sitting with a stick in her hand, nicely dressed up; fair in color (still her face is wondering in front of my eyes) she must be a teacher. And when I entered in the classroom she was beating little children with sticks. Her behavior was some how very strange (that’s what I noticed in first meeting with her). She also asked strange question to us. Conversation was like that.
I said” good morning ma’m,I am here today for the admission of these little children. I will be grateful to you if you tell me about fee structure and the procedure of admission”.
Teacher, “how do you know these children?”(With out answering my questions)
I told her” these children have been my students and they learnt basic things so I want them to get admission in the school for the continuous study”.
Then she showed her knowledge and asked the children in rough tone” tell me what I wrote on the note-book?”
Children afraid with the tone she spoke to them.
I asked them not to afraid and tell her what she wrote on the note-book?
Gopal answered” it is “KOSHISH”.
Deepak was afraid after hearing her rough tone.
She did not say” wow! You read it right. Well done! (May be she did not consider it important. I consider and would do too because a child who came out from tribe area can read and write alphabets with out getting in school)
Then she asked Gopal write his name on the note-book.
With some hesitation he wrote the name correctly on the note-book.
But she again did not appreciate him, instead she said” itni gandi writing”. (She again spoke with out thinking what she is going to speak. If she would think then she would not repeat this word. She should think that a poor children, who is from a tribal area from HHARKHAND, who never visited school but able to write the name, able to write alphabets, can read Hindi properly, who is ready to attend classes, who is determine enough to be a soldier and trying hard for that since childhood, who have curiosity to know the world, who wants to come out from a place where there is no sign of civilization is worth appreciating. But that lady did not think about this I think that is why she spoke like that or it may be possible that her tone is only lie that. How can a little child will be happy to attend classes where teachers are images of KHOOF?
Story does not end here. It is just a brief description. A lot of things happened and happens every day that seems hard to describe in the BLOGS, A real face of SO-CALLED GREAT COUNTRY.
One more thing she said “ITNE BADE BACHE KO KIS 1ST CLASS MAI!! “.
Did she not realized that her words are affecting the mind of little child. ITNA BADA, ITNI GANDI WRITING, KAISE JANTE HO ?

Haan one more thing when Gopal wrote his name on the notebook ”GOPAL MUNDA”. She replied” MUNDA!ACHA TO JHARKHAND SE HAI AUR WO BHI AADIWASHI AREA SE”. What she can teach a child? What’s the standard of education in our primary schools? Well it is not much good in higher institutions too. Where educational institutions play with the sincerity and hard work of the children and kill their curiosity, creativity, sincerity and above all a respect for the institution a student should have.
She could talk to me personally about all these questions, but she did not. (I did not tell her because it was first meeting with her and as a part of classic middle class family I have been taught that elders are always wise enough to speak and do act so do not argue with them)
This is what happened to our education and with future of the little children where money matters and where approaches are on the peak not talent and skills.
I do not think we can make a better future when a child has no base? From first class we focus on mugging not on understanding. We do not want to understand a child what he/she wants to be. Communication skills and confidence that helps us a lot when we have been encountered with educated people, but we do not focus on these skills. Do we? When a teacher in the class speak like a street lady/men and underestimate a child with taunts how can we build confidence in the children?

Though all teachers can not be same ever and never can be. A teacher is like a candle who gives the light to every corner in the world of students/disciples.  It is a truth that in today’s time it is hard to produce a CHANAKYA and hard to get one more CHANDRA GUPTA.
Is not it?

Leading without license:2G spectrum

Supreme Court cancelled 122 licenses that have been allotted by the former telecom minister A.Raja. Credit goes to justice of Supreme Court G.K Ganguly and Janta Party chief Dr. Subrmanyam Swami, who dared to challenge even PMO (Prime Minister Office) in the Supreme Court.

News papers, news channels, social networking sites were flooded with the news of verdict. For a moment it appeared that it is national festival whole country is celebrating .This all will continue for some more days. Every one was curiously waiting for the reactions from KAPIL SIBBAL and DIGVIJAY, because both are good cartoons to blame on others for their wrong doings.

As verdict came out in 2g spectrum scam Kappil Sibbal started his old RAGA as usual” We are not responsible, no one from our party in fact. It is the policies of NDA (National Democratic Alliance) that created trouble for our pious ministers. We even do not touch a single penny that holds some black dots on the currency (hope you got me, when I said black dots).

OH!!So how can we do a scam that counts 1, 76,00000cr rupees? It happened only because of NDA .you know NDA (National Democratic Alliance), Wohi party!! Our biggest rival in the opposition!

Some one ask the minister that why did you go on with wrong policies that has been implemented by the NDA? While you call yourself smart enough to differentiate between right and wrong. So how you did not know that NDA’s policies were wrong before the scam?

Was it unfair or unconstitutional to change those policies that have been implemented by NDA?

And Sibbal sir last time you told us in a press conference that A.RAJA did nothing it is CVC (central vigilance commissioner) who is giving false data on the 2g spectrum. What happened to your claim? Do you all ministers want to keep the public in dark? If Dr. Swami would not file a petition then you would never agree that any minister from your cabinet did scam .is not it?

Chidambram have been escaped from the trial court, or we should say he have been escaped by the trial court. If case was so simple and going under the supervision of so called dear, honest, respective Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan still he did not consider it important to take any action against any minister?  There is not much difference between Dhritrastra and Manmoahn . Both gave enough freedom to Duryodhan to commit a sin with out any fear. Is there?

Beautiful lady, Priyanka Gandhi(cunning like Fox. Of course not my favorite ever)also came for the comments on the 2g case when subrmanyam swami files a petition against Chidambram, but the petition has been dismissed in two minutes by the trial court under the supervision of Justice O.P Saini. So much concern for the country priyanka Gandhi seems when she says “ Subrmanyam Swami wasted our time in 2g case because Chidambram is a innocent men and he could devote the time for the welfare of the country instead of wasting it in the courts.”
Wow, good job she did to impress innocent public!! What she wants to pretend?   How much concern she is for the country? She put good point when she says he (Chidambram) could devote the time to the country he spent in the court. So where Priyanka has gone when Scams were taking place in her MOM’s cabinet? Why they did not remember the country at that time? Who stop Chidambram if he wants to serve our motherland? But eating our money is not a service at all. Haa but it can be your service, your mom’s service, all cabinet’s service so that you can put more money in SWISS BANK.

OH point has been taken .Actually at that time dear daughter of congress chief and her loving son Rahul Baba were not campaigning in UTTAR PARDESH for the votes. And leaders of our country (especially congress) take every decision before election. Whether it is about to make a statement on the corruption or it is about to implementation of any new policy.

What’s the right they have to speak in the Uttar Pradesh about BSP (Bahujan Samaj Party) and about corruption?  Are they enough pious to put question on others? Did they take enough action against their corrupt leaders? They want the progress of Uttar Pardesh, but how ever control themselves because they are not able to win there. How much development they did during their rule in the center?  OH!!Gadhbandhan ki majbori right Mr. Prime Minister of INDIA (unfortunately)?

Why you prime minister of INDIA gracefully step down from your post when you do not have any control on your cabinet?  Will it not be respective for you and good for us because you are losing your respect every day in public? Honesty does not demand a deaf ear and blind eyes, there is no use of your honestly there then step down with grace please!!

Even a general lost faith in the government

A soldier serves all his life for the country and later has been questioned on his integrity and honor by the government. It’s not shameful but disgusting and Ridiculous. World’s largest democracy is fighting over the age of its General.

Case is not much confusing as it has been. The age of V.K General Singh is confusing even the highest authority, media waala intellectuals. General V.K.Singh says his date of birth is 10-may-1951(well he knows better the date and timing of his birth is not it?)  While government claims are oppose it and says it is not 10-may-1951 instead it is 10-may-1950. In his matriculation certificate it’s 10-may-1951.

Simply means what? Go!! We do not need you any more, we have next general ready for army.

Did not want to criticize about present government (but what to do it always insist me to write against it by its acts). When some of my friends were discussing over this topic one of my friend said “Frankly speaking this government is good for nothing!” she was right and I totally agree with her.

This government is not able to handle anything (the matter which could be solve in the personal meetings with the chief but they did not act like that) but never thought about it that it will even put questions on the integrity and honor of an army man. We still have a lot of respect for the Army and still believe in its integrity.
Some intellectual says “general should not make it a public issue. It is not the discipline at all”. But do they really mean the discipline? Discipline simply means” Right is Right and wrong is wrong”.

Every one has right to knock the door of Supreme Court when one feels something is going wrong against him/her. As a human being he has all rights to drag the government in Supreme Court if he felt government played with his integrity and honor.

He has all rights to retire with dignity and honor. Some says he sold his personal issue and made it public. When a soldier sacrifice his life for the country, a mother lose her loving son, daughter lose her father, sister lose her son and father lose his brave son only for the sake of country then no one wants to tell it’s a public issue.
Then why definitions change occasionally?

Even a general lost faith in the government. What else left?

Hope he will win the case and there will not be any more question on his integrity and honor because a soldier has a heart that can die for the honor of its country and when it comes on his own honor then he does not afraid from drag the democratic government in court.
Jai Hind!!

Let'us believe in INDIA

An article by our former president  President A.P.J.ABDUL KALAM(2002-2007) He is the author of 'India 2020: A Vision for the New Millennium')I have seen three Indias in my life. The first one was the country of my childhood - a nation ruled by a foreign colonial power. It was a country struggling for independence . That country had a vision for independence which was led by great mass leaders like Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru.

After we got independence in 1947, I witnessed another India. That India was independent but it still strived for recognition as it recuperated from the injustices of the colonial rule that lasted for more than a century. It was an India of hopes and dreams. It was an India that dreamt of having self-sufficiency in food, a strong economy and a position of respect in the international arena, which it really deserved. Many leaders, scientists, servicemen and social reformers worked very hard to build the newly independent nation through economic development coupled with social equity and democracy.

Then I saw the third phase of India, an era which belongs to present-day youth. Now, India is a land of opportunities, growth at previously unimaginable rates, a strong workforce and technological leadership . Six decades back, few would have dared to imagine that a nation of such diversity - often termed by some as an experiment in democracy - would eventually find its place amongst the top economies of the world. Who would have imagined that one day India would have worldclass educational institutions and it would be the first country to discover water on the lunar surface.

The three Indias I have lived in and witnessed are quite different from each other. We have come a long way since 1950, when we became a republic. Of course, there are still many important issues such as poverty , illiteracy and corruption that need to be addressed.

The Indian economy was growing at an average of 9% per annum till 2008. In 2009-10 , our economy was affected by global economic turbulence, but still it managed to grow at more than 7% at a time when many other countries were facing recession . Even in the last quarter of 2011, with the economic scenario in the US and Europe looking quite bleak, India grew at 7%. In the present circumstances, I often ask myself what type of innovation is needed to enrich the Indian economy and make other world economies better. I have been talking about this important issue with many experts including those from the Indian Institutes of Management.

On the basis of these discussions, I believe that our economy will not be affected by the current financial crisis. India will escape this turbulence because of the following reasons:

The liberalization process in India has its checks and balances which are consistent with the unique social requirements of the country

The Indian banking system has always been conservative which has protected from the global crisis The Indian psyche is generally savings oriented and living within one's means is part of our mindset The purchasing power of the 350-millionstrong Indian middle class While developed nations are in turmoil, in India sectors such automobile, cement and financial services have been posting significant gains. We have reached a level of development where innovation has become part of our thinking. Now we need to apply this thinking to rejuvenate the agricultural sector. It's time to make value addition to the agriculture sector and to small- and mediumscale industries and enterprises so that they can all make greater contribution to India's growing GDP.

I foresee tremendous possibilities for creating new markets and jobs. This can be done by tapping the potential of the rural population and by creating more employment in the countryside. There is huge potential for what I call public-private-citizen (PPC) partnerships and international cooperation in these areas.

India's performance in information technology, pharmaceuticals, small-scale industries and infrastructure has given a new dimension to our economy. With a credible legal framework , robust banking and financial system, skilled manpower and a dynamic 600-million-strong workforce , India has become an attractive proposition for the global order.

At the domestic level, India is focusing on bringing sustainable development to its people through rural and urban infrastructure , quality education, healthcare, environmental upgradation, efficiency in public institutions for better and enhanced delivery of essential services on time, reforms in the financial system for better global integration and a proactive regulatory system.

All this is critical to India becoming a truly global player. More than 60 years of democratic vibrancy - which has provided good leadership to the nation -- gives us confidence to manage socio-economic turbulence. It also helps us in providing leadership to 1.2 billion people in a democratic , multicultural, multi-linguistic and multi-religious environment.

With such a positive outlook, here is how I visualize India in the year 2020. Eight years from now, India will be a nation, where The rural-urban divide is reduced to a thin line There is equitable distribution and adequate access to energy and quality water Agriculture, industry and service sectors work together in symphony Education is not denied to any meritorious candidate because of social or economic discrimination

JAI HIND and HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY TO ALL.
At last would like to say few things :

"KUCH BAAT HAI KI HASTI MIT-TI NAHI HAAMRI,
SAIYO RAHA HAI DUSHMAN DAURE JAHA HAMARA!!"
We have to go a long way.let's us believe in INDIA and its hopes for the future generations.

NO COVER STORY please

Let us talk about UTTAR PARDESH as many things are happening there. Chief Minister of UP Miss MAYAWATI have been rusticated her fifty minster who had some charges against them. Well this is not an action to be criticized for. Good move in fact!! That can be a different thing that it was for votes to impress people, to tell them, we do not have any corrupt minister in our party so you can vote for us with out any question about corruption.

RAHUL GANDHI (only one youth the country ever had) is trying to make them happy to say” please vote for us we will give you reservation. We will bring your KHUN PASINE KI KAMAI”. Why they did not get it in sixty years, he did not mention the reason for that?

MULAYAM SINGH YAADAV from SAMAJWADI Party also trying to impress the public to say” vote for us, as soon as we get power we will give 9% reservation to minorities “.  He does not clear who are going to be count in minorities? Is it for economic poor section or just for religion/caste?  Only one thing that seems sticking in the heart of MULAYAM SINGH is that, once he gets power he will only focus on reservation nothing else.

BJP (Bhartiya Janta Party) well do not know what’s going on in the party? NITIN GADKARI wants different thing on which RSS, SUSHMA SWARAJ and L.K ADVANI do not seem agree on. Did not hear much about their agendas in UP.UMA BHARTI is trying to impress people by opposing FDI (foreign direct investment) and hard decisions she made when she says” if congress will allow FDI in UP ,I will burn all as I do not afraid to get jailed”. Wow!! Neta ho to aise !!
Actually  one thing is common in the agendas of all political parties is that ,no any party talks about POVERTY, KUCHHA ROADS, ELECTIRCITY, WATER, EDUCATION, HEALTH basic things that is required to make the development of the state.

Secondly no any political party is trying to tell the public why they all are focusing only on reservation? Is this the only thing that can bring improvement in the state?

Thirdly no any political party is telling is that “In how many years they will make UP a better state?

Fourthly no any political party is telling about their agendas how they will achieve their goals? In fact they should tell it how they are going to help the people by reservation or how it will be beneficial for the development of UP?

Fifthly every political party is blaming on other parties for the pathetic condition of UP and no any one is going to accept is that “it is not the people who are responsible for the condition, these ministers and their policies are the only reason for that pathetic condition”.

Latest but not the least is that even ELECTION COMMISSION also making news in UP. S.Y.KURESHI (election commissioner) ordered the government to cover all ELEPHANTS STATUES as it has been considered the sign of BSP (Bahujan Samaj Party). More then one crore rupees have been spent on making those statues and now crores of rupees have been spent to cover all up. It is nothing more then the wastage and misuse of our tax money.  Election commission should think about it when these statues were being constructing. It is just wastage of money and not a good decision (from my point of view). As a person writes” imagine what a job election commission will have as if it asks all of us to cover hands around elections because it is a congress sign. Weird!!”
“Election commission has no right to cover that up. By the same token election commission should cover up all statues of NEHRU-GANDHI FAMILY “.
Now end the chapter here. It will be good to see who will get the power in UP and how they will change the state (hope in positive manner), because now we have been tired from the religion, caste, language, region politics, we just want development far beyond this reservation.

we the youth count passion

Was reading an article in news paper, I got very much impressed and tried to write some thing out of that impression “WE THE YOUTH, COUNT PASSION”. we the Youth of today is very much ambitious, some time emotional, very much focused about career and future, a confidence and trust on us to do some thing in life. We are self centered but we care for our parents and are concerned for the country. We are modern but we do respect our elders always. We know where to draw a line for us and what’s our limitations .we know when we should stop and when we need to run.

We are very much curious (that is very much important thing to learn some thing new in life) and want to know every thing about the matter out of curiosity. We do not hesitate to say “we need more improvement in us, in country and around us”.
We like competition not with our self only.  We like to compete with the world.

We always want to do some thing for the nation whether it is about to make aware the citizens by SOCIAL NETWORKIGN SITES or it is in our real lives to be a sincere student, a sincere doctor, an engineer, a teacher, a aware citizen etc. We like to give hundred percent to every task. For us social networking sites are not just an entertainment in fact we want to learn new thing here every day.
For us passion, talent, knowledge and country are every thing. Now we do not run after money.
When we choose a career for our self we choose it not because of money but we choose it because of our interest and passion. We know we will be responsible for our life, but we do not afraid from taking risk. May be it is because of our self confidence.

We know that we will surely do some thing in life with our passion, confidence, talent and knowledge.  I have seen many youths who gave up their 5lakh rupees package because for them money is not every thing in life. It is passion and talent that counts. We the Youth of today want to give the society what we have taken from them, whether it is educating poor children in our free time or it is about to gave up our lakh rupees package and serve ourselves for the country.

Because we love our motherland, society and the people who made us some thing. We believe that koi bhi desh perfect nahi hota use perfect banana padta hai for that we are always ready to bring a change by changing our self.

our future : in the hands of reservation

Now it has became a necessity for the political parties to win the election on the name of caste and religion. This kind of policies and decisions divide the country. We all know government is not concern about welfare of the people instead they are doing so because of vote bank. Why government did not take the decision from last two years? It is ridiculous and disgusting that now government is trying to impress people with their cheap politics that will do nothing good except divide us on the name of CASTE and RELIGION.

It has been written some where in the constitution that there will not be discrimination on the name of caste and religion, but it is happening. Who is responsible? Fine!! Give reservation as it is necessity to improve the situation of people, but let me ask one thing” is it necessary that only a SC, OBC, ST will be poor always? A person who needs the improvement can belong from any caste and religion. If the thoughts of reservation is fascinating you so much then give it on the economic base”.
We are waiting when the system of reservation will be over .But you political parties do not want to end it because it will keep you away from vote bank?

Before giving reservation it is necessary to study the condition of the people, who want it and who do not? Do not just sit down in parliament and make any kind of decision especially during election.
A poor person who is dying from hunger, who does not have money for higher education, they will not think about this caste/religion base reservation. They will think about finance. Neither they will show their caste nor will they feel proud to say we have caste/religion based reservation that is why we got the job and that is why we are in this educational institute.

If this caste/religion based reservation has became so much necessary then what is the need of education and talent, because you will stand up in the queue always as out of 50 seats 49 have been occupied,, only one seat is vacant, but you can not be there no matter how much talented you are because that’s a reserve seat?  After that how you will look yourself? Like a loser or will regret you are not there only because you belong to a general category. At that time will abuse the government too.

I know our society is much biased with some castes it is my own experience as a social worker. But till then we are not able to change the attitude of people towards SC, OBC, ST this reservation will not also work nor it will improve their situation.
For a better improvement we need to find out the real situation of the people, not on caste base but on economic base.

Fine reserve some seats for them but not on the bases of caste/religion.

Do not play more politics game as it is dividing us.

Today giving reservation to miniorities,BC, OBC,ST tomorrow JAATS and GUJJARS will demand for it and after that, may be BRAHMANS TOO. What will be the respect of constitution that says” there will be no discrimination on the name of caste, religion, gender”.

You know what is the reality behind reservation? Women have 33% reservation in panchyats. They became SARPANCH but who run them? Find it out!!

About caste/religion based reservation how many of common man are able to get good places till then they do not have money power?

A man who is dying from hunger, does not have education, not aware about this caste based reservation how is the idea of reservation for him?

How it feels when you call a person backward? Seems very bad!! But castes/religion is not backwards it is the people, so focus on people not on castes.

Stop it and instead of playing cheap politics think about country. This reservation is dividing us. We want unity. So please it is enough ridicule and disgusting from your side. If you also want to give reservation then the base should be economic only. Other wise the day is not far when we will see a situation as it happened before independence.

Today almost whole country has reservation. We just need to count who do not? Here is the list and if this process of reservation will not stop then here will be one more list that will create a situation of communal violence.

Ø  ANDHRA PARDESH 25% of educational institutes and government jobs for OBCs, 15% for SCs, 6% for STs and 4% for Muslims.
